Social Media Management & Growth
Day-to-day ownership of the channel — calendar, production, publishing and community — plus the repeatable formats and hook testing that make reach compound.
Strategy. Creativity. Measurable growth.
We build and run the channels that compound — social media management and growth, paid media, and email marketing.

What we do
We don't sell channels. We build a growth engine and run it — the strategy, the creative, the media and the measurement, held together by one team.
01
Day-to-day ownership of the channel — calendar, production, publishing and community — plus the repeatable formats and hook testing that make reach compound.
02
Full-funnel acquisition across search, social and programmatic, built on incrementality rather than last-click reporting that flatters itself.
03
Lifecycle flows that out-earn campaigns — welcome, abandonment, post-purchase and win-back — with list health treated as an asset, not a cost.
04
Positioning and identity that hold up under pressure, and the concepts and production that put them to work at the pace performance demands.
05
Clean measurement from tag to boardroom — server-side tracking, attribution modelling and reporting you can defend in a board meeting.
06
Internal tooling that removes the manual layer — reporting, creative versioning, feed management and QA — so time goes to the work needing judgement.

Why Noven
Five commitments. They're the reason clients stay past the first contract, and the reason some don't hire us.
01
We optimise toward the number that pays for the work — contribution margin, qualified pipeline, retained revenue. Platform-reported ROAS is an input, never the goal.
02
Creative is the largest remaining lever in paid media. We treat it as a testable system with a real production cadence, not a quarterly brand refresh.
03
Before a dollar moves, we agree on the constraint. Most growth problems are positioning, pricing or product problems wearing a media costume.
04
You own every account, every pixel, every asset. Dashboards are live, not monthly. When something underperforms, you hear it from us first.
05
We take on a small number of clients and stay for years. Compounding beats churn — for your growth curve and for the quality of our thinking.
Process
The first ninety days are the same every time. What changes is what we find.
01
Audit of accounts, analytics, creative and funnel. Interviews with sales and support. We leave with the constraint named and sized.
02
Positioning, channel mix, budget allocation and a measurement plan — with the hypotheses we intend to test written down in advance.
03
Build and ship. Campaigns, creative, landing systems and tracking go live together, in a sequence designed to produce readable results.
04
Weekly iteration against the plan, monthly against the strategy. Findings roll back into the next round of creative and media.
Insights
Written by the people doing the work. Published when we have something worth saying.
Most accounts that plateau are producing plenty — they're just producing variations of one idea. Here's the audit we run first: how to separate the formats that earn reach from the ones that only fill the calendar, why three repeatable series beat thirty one-off posts, and how to read a comment section as research rather than applause.
Read the pieceRetargeting reports beautifully because it takes credit for demand created elsewhere. A geo-holdout test — which you can run without a data team — tells you what share of that spend is genuinely incremental, and it is usually less than the dashboard implies.
Read the pieceBroadcast volume is the fastest way to burn a list. Lifecycle flows — welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back — reliably out-earn campaigns while improving deliverability, because they arrive when someone has already shown intent.
Read the pieceBidding and targeting have converged across every major platform; two competent buyers now get near-identical delivery. What still separates accounts is the concept, the hook, and how fast you can put a new one into the auction.

It depends on what you need. Most engagements start with a short, fixed-scope diagnostic so both sides know what they're signing up for, and move to an ongoing retainer from there. Media budget is always paid by you, directly to the platforms.
The people on your first call. We're deliberately small and we don't run a junior bench. If a project needs a specialist we don't have in-house, we say so and bring one in openly.
Often that's the better arrangement. We'll take full ownership of a channel, or sit alongside your team on strategy and execution — whichever produces the better result. We'll tell you honestly which one we think that is.
Always. Ad accounts, analytics properties, pixels, creative files and any tooling we build for you sit in your ownership from day one. Leaving us should be easy.
Efficiency gains tend to come first, and compounding growth takes longer — it depends on creative volume, list health and how much groundwork already exists. We'll give you a realistic read after the diagnostic rather than a number before it.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us where growth is stuck and we'll tell you what we'd look at first — whether or not you hire us.
